A s you know we closed on the sale of our home yesterday. The closing was as smooth as silk which really sums up our entire experience with America’s Choice. Throughout the process we were always well informed, well educated and (you were always) well prepared.

We also have something of what is likely a unique perspective in terms of the home warranty. After discussing this concept with you at the onset, we not only opted to get the home warranty on the house that we were selling but also on the one that we bought. Well, as luck would have it, the downstairs heating unit on both homes failed and neither were repairable. The warranty company that we signed up with through America’s Choice gave us no “static” about replacing the entire unit and the same was accomplished in about a week. Our only out-of-pocket costs were those which were identified in their contract.

Unfortunately we purchased the home warranty on our new home through another company. To date they have sent four different heating repair companies to look at our unit (mind you that the temperatures have been in the low teen’s, we have three children, Christmas has come and gone and New Years is only days away). The first contractor worked on the unit for two days before he told the warranty company (who selected him by the way) that they did not know how to repair the brand of unit that we have. The second contractor, several days later, concluded that the unit needed to be replaced but couldn’t start or complete the work for two weeks. The third contractor also called for the unit to be replaced but the warranty company would not approve their estimated cost of the work. The fourth contractor, well they are supposed to have a new unit installed by next Wednesday, nearly three weeks after we filed the claim. We’ll see!

We’re probably the “one in a million” that runs into something like this but it underscores the importance of dealing with professionals who know what they are doing. I really can’t imagine using anyone BUT America’s Choice the next time we move!

Dear Rose,

Thank you for all the help in selling my home. I felt confident that I could handle showing the house on my own, but I knew that I needed assistance on the marketing side. You took the time to explain how America's Choice works and what you would do to help make the sale happen; and, you did everything you said you would when you said you would.

I met with you on Friday, April 15th, took time to think about what I wanted to do, and contacted you April 20th. You had signs and brochures to my by Sat., April 23rd and I had a full price offer on Sat., April 30th! I closed on May 26th.
It's a buyers market right now and by using America's Choice, I was able to lower my price and still receive the proceeds I wanted.
You were always available when I had a question -- that meant a lot to me. Thanks again for you assistance in helping me sell me home.
